RISE
Reach, Inspire, Support, Empower - Building Strength Through Unity

The RISE Youth Program is a transformative initiative designed to empower at-risk youth aged 10-18 by fostering resilience, leadership, and community engagement. RISE combines mentorship, education, and personal growth opportunities to help young people achieve their full potential.

Through activities that promote leadership training, community engagement, and personal development, we aim to inspire and support the next generation of leaders.

COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS for SENIORS

The Community Connections for Seniors program is designed to provide critical resources and financial assistance to seniors aged 60 and above who are experiencing financial instability. This program addresses the urgent need for rent and utility support, ensuring that seniors in our community can maintain safe and stable living environments.
