Supportive Equity Connections of Tampa Bay is dedicated to fostering equity, inclusion, and lasting community transformation through innovative programs and impactful initiatives. Our work is designed to meet the diverse needs of individuals and families across Tampa Bay, with a special focus on uplifting underserved populations and creating clear pathways to empowerment.

SEC’s work includes youth development, community engagement, and intentional parental case and care management support for individuals and families involved with Child Welfare and reunification court processes. Through compassionate guidance, wraparound services, and coordinated resource connection, we help parents navigate complex systems, strengthen family stability, and make meaningful progress toward reunification and long-term success.

RISE
Reach, Inspire, Support, Empower - Building Strength Through Unity
The RISE Youth Program is a transformative initiative dedicated to empowering at-risk youth ages 10–18 by building resilience, strengthening leadership skills, and deepening community connection. Through intentional mentorship, supportive guidance, and meaningful engagement opportunities, RISE helps young people overcome challenges and step confidently into their potential.

By combining leadership development, educational support, and personal growth experiences, the program equips participants with the tools they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. RISE is committed to inspiring the next generation of change-makers—youth who are prepared to lead, serve, and succeed.
COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS for SENIORS
The Community Connections for Seniors program provides essential resources and financial assistance to adults ages 60 and older who are facing financial hardship. Designed to promote stability and dignity, the program helps seniors meet urgent needs such as rent and utility support, ensuring they can remain safely housed and supported in their homes.

Through targeted assistance and community-based connection, Community Connections for Seniors works to reduce financial stress, prevent housing insecurity, and strengthen the well-being of older adults across our community.
SUPPORTIVE FAMILY CONNECTIONS PROGRAM
Supportive Family Connections Program provides trauma-informed case management for parents and caregivers involved with Child Welfare and reunification court processes. We support individuals navigating complex systems while working toward family stability, case plan compliance, and successful reunification.

Through compassionate guidance and wraparound care coordination, we help parents access critical resources, meet court-ordered requirements, and strengthen the foundation needed for safe and stable home environments.
Services may include resource connection, referrals to supportive programs, advocacy, and ongoing family-centered support. At SEC, we believe every family deserves a pathway to healing, restoration, and opportunity.
